I was born in Guernsey and have been fortunate to spend my time living and working between Guernsey, the UK and Sydney, Australia. I am currently working back in Guernsey where I now live with my wife and two young children.
Prior to joining White Star Capital, I was with PricewaterhouseCoopers for seventeen years where I specialised in providing audit and advisory services to alternative investment funds, and in particular focussed on supporting new venture capital funds launch and establish their operations.
I have a background in Computer Science and have always been passionate about technology – my tech interests combined with my accountancy qualifications and problem solving abilities fit perfectly with the fast-paced, innovative and ambitious strategy of White Star Capital.
I love all water-based activities from boating and wakeboarding to scuba diving. I also enjoy playing golf, running, or dining out with friends. When my young children allow me the time to read, I enjoy finance and legal thrillers such as John Grisham, or autobiographies of entrepreneurs and business people – Barbarians at the Gate is a classic.
